Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Order Processing

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable, such as perishable goods, personalised items, or intimate apparel.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
